Anyone can copy a game now. What can't be copied is the people around it. Ski Bums is shaped by the people who play it: vote on what we do next, send us your ideas, and see what came of them. Every idea is read by a person on the team.

• We read everything. Every idea and every vote reaches the people making the game.
• We only ask what we'll act on. Polls are real decisions, and we say what we did with the result.
• We say no with a reason. If an idea isn't for now, its card says why.
