Who we are. Atlas Studio, the trading name of Rory Kenneally (sole trader) makes Ski Bums and is responsible for the data on this site.
What we collect. Only what you type into the playtest sign-up: your email address, your Discord name if you give it, and the time you agreed. If you answer the questions after signing up, we also keep which devices you'd play on and your idea for the game (ideas are read by us and never published). If you send an idea on the community page, we keep its text and the name you give (if any) and, once we've read it, show it on the public idea board; we can take it down any time you ask. Votes and backing an idea are counted with no cookies and without storing your address. We also note which of our posts brought you here (a short code in the link) so we know which posts work. If a friend's invite link brought you, we note their invite code (not who they are) so they can move up the playtest queue; they only ever see how many friends joined, never who. To stop one person signing up many times, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of the internet address you signed up from for 90 days, then delete it. No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies. We count how many times each page is viewed, with no cookies and nothing about who you are.
Why. To invite you to playtests of Ski Bums and tell you about them. That's the only use. We never sell or share your details with anyone.
How long. Until you ask us to remove them, or until the game is out and the playtests are over.
Your rights. You can see, correct or remove your details at any time: use the removal form (it works at once). You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
Where. On our own server in the EU (Spain). Backups stay on it.
